On course for success CVR2023

Heading for Success, an event for the success of women in business

My third participation coincides with its tenth edition. And that's not all. I had the honor of being one of the panelists, addressing the theme of sustainable growth, more specifically collaboration.

Collaboration, growth lever and implications

This theme is directly linked to my role as regional president within the RFAQ (Quebec Business Women's Network), where I actively encourage collaboration between our members in the region.

To illustrate my speech, I chose to present the scarf "Les médaillons", the result of a collaboration with the brand Cochic . The design of this scarf is a creation of the CEO, Patrizia Casubolo, also a member of the RFAQ. As we can see from the jewelry, a #rhodielamour pattern has been integrated into the silk scarf. Isn't it beautiful!

My recommendations:

In my talk, I highlighted some points to consider when choosing collaborations. I mentioned that there is no bigger or smaller collaboration, but it is essential to keep in mind the following elements:

  • What is the goal of this collaboration: a new product, a new atmosphere, a new market share?
  • What resources do we pool: our human and/or financial resources?
  • What values do we share?

I also gave other concrete examples involving members present, such as graphic designer Martine Forand and our official photographer Gaëlle Vuillaume .

To relive this moment with all the women on our panel, Gaëlle was generous in sending us some very beautiful photos.

If you would like to purchase our “Les médaillons” scarf, take a look around the store.

Congratulations to our president Ruth Vachon and the entire RFAQ team for organizing this significant event, which allowed us to build relationships and experience unforgettable encounters.

Sincerely,

Rhodie 💜
