RETURN POLICY

Items are accepted for credit or exchange in the country where they were purchased, if they are returned in a saleable condition. The time allowed to make an online return request is 15 days following the date of receipt of the merchandise for regular priced items and 7 days for sale items and accompanied by proof of purchase. Beyond these deadlines, the delivered products are deemed compliant and accepted by the buyer. Certain exclusions may apply.

A refund will be given to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received in advance. Refunds to the purchaser will be made according to the terms of the original offer. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.
